Refund and Returns Policy

Nà Chiềng Homestay is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests’ needs. Please review our refund and returns policy below:

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: A full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation 48-72 hours before check-in: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation great than 72 hours before check-in: No refund will be issued.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without notifying us, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure event (such as a natural disaster, pandemic, or government restrictions), we may be unable to fulfill your booking. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative accommodations, if available.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation or no-show date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the booking.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may be subject to additional fees or availability.
